  • What if I miss a workout?

    Life happens. This program is designed for REAL LIFE. If you miss a workout, you don't fail…you just get back to it the next day. Progress over perfection.

  • Do I need equipment?

    Minimal equipment - dumbbells or resistance bands are helpful but not required. I'll show you modifications for everything. You may find once you start you are excited to purchase your first set of dumbbells!

  • What if I've never done strength training before?

    Perfect! I'll guide you through every movement. This program is designed for all fitness levels.

  • Can I drink alcohol or eat treats?

    YES. This is not a restrictive diet. We use flexible nutrition so you can enjoy social events, wine, treats…and still lose weight.

  • What if I can't make the weekly Zoom calls?

    No problem…they're recorded! You'll have access to the replay so you can watch anytime.

  • Is this program suitable for beginners?

    Absolutely. I provide modifications for every exercise and you can go at your own pace. Or you can even choose follow a programmed workout on the app which guides you through exercise by exercise.

  • When does the challenge start?
