I LOVE my 8-week programs. They work. Hundreds of women have transformed through them. But I also heard from SO many of you that 8 weeks felt like a big commitment. Life is chaotic. Kids are unpredictable. Work is demanding. And sometimes, 8 weeks feels like FOREVER when you're just trying to START.

Life happens….and that's exactly why every single workout is saved so you can do them completely in your own time. No pressure, no falling behind. You just pick up wherever suits you! 💪
⭐ Do I need any equipment?
We mainly work with dumbbells and occasionally a resistance band, but don't let that put you off if you're not quite there yet! You can absolutely start with water bottles and progress from there. There's no barrier to entry here….just a willingness to show up for yourself.
⭐ What if I've never done strength training before?
Then you are in exactly the right place! Every woman starts somewhere, and this programme is built to meet you where you are. I'll guide you every step of the way….you don't need experience, confidence, or a gym membership. Just you, and the decision to start. You've got this!
⭐ Can I still drink alcohol or eat my favourite treats?
Absolutely…and I wouldn't have it any other way! At LKB we follow a flexible, realistic dieting approach, which means there are no banned foods and no guilt. We work with real life, not against it. Wine, chocolate, date nights? All still on the table. 🥂
⭐ What if I can't make the LIVE Q&A chats?
No worries at all…every live session is saved so you can watch it back whenever works for you. You can still submit questions in advance too, so you'll never miss out on the support.
⭐ Is this programme suitable for beginners?
100% yes! I provide modifications for every single exercise so you can always work at a level that feels right for you. You can also follow a fully guided workout through the app, which takes you through exercise by exercise….perfect if you're just starting out and want a little extra hand-holding. The workouts are designed to fit into a busy life…. So we work with 30 minute sessions mainly. No hour-long gym sessions required!
